Forms and Transcripts

  • Official Transcripts – To order an official transcript please contact the Registrar’s office: registrar@yorkvilleu.ca (note: there is a $25 courier fee)

 

  • Financial Records – To request financial records please contact the Bursar’s office: bursar@yorkvilleu.ca

 

  • Update Contact Information – For name changes or updates to mailing address, phone numbers or emails contact the registrar’s office: registrar@yorkvilleu.ca

 

  • Graduation Form – To order your degree parchment please contact the registrar’s office: registrar@yorkvilleu.ca (note: there is a $125 graduation fee)

 

  • Replacement Degree – To order a replacement degree please contact the Registrar’s office: registrar@yorkvilleu.ca (note: there is a $45 fee to reprint)

 

  • Confirm your attendance to the graduation ceremony : Graduation will be June 23, 2017 in Fredericton, NB. To confirm your attendance as a graduate, alumni or guest please email registrar@yorkvilleu.ca
